Trips

After logging into the Tracking Portal, select Trips from the left navigation panel. This page displays a comprehensive list of all vehicle trips along with detailed information. When an trip is selected, the vehicles's trip get displayed on the map.

Overview​

The Trips section provides a comprehensive overview of all the trips across your fleet. Some of its key features include:

Trips List​

  • All the trips (completed or in progress) are listed, with the most recent trip displayed first.

  • Pagination controls at the bottom of the page allow you to navigate through the list.

  • You can search trips by:

    • Vehicle - Plate Number

    • Device - Name or IMEI

    • Driver - Name (if available)

    • Status - Started, Ended or In Progress

  • Click any trip to view its detailed information.

  • Each trip from the list displays:

    • Plate number with the total distance travelled and the time taken to complete that trip.

    • Start time and the end time (if completed) of the trip.

Trips Map​

  • When we select a trip from the list, the trip gets displayed on the map with the trip details listed below.
  • The red Home icon highlighted with blue box is the start point of the trip.
  • The red Flag icon highlighted with red box is the end point of the trip.
  • Hovering over the route shows Address(if available), Latitude, Longitude, Direction, and Speed.
  • Five map view options to suit different user preferences.
