Devices
After logging into the Super Admin Portal, select Devices from the left navigation panel. This page displays a list of all devices along with their details.
Devices List
Devices are listed in reverse chronological order — the most recently added devices appear at the top.
Use the Pagination controls at the bottom of the page to navigate through the device list.
Easily locate a device using the search functionality by entering the Device Name, Device IMEI, or Phone Number.
For advanced search options, click on the Advanced Search icon located in the search box (highlighted in a green box).
To edit a device, view its audit trail, or send a command, click on the corresponding icon in the Actions column (highlighted with a blue box).
To send command to a device click on the first icon.
To edit or view the details of a device click on the second icon.
To view the audit details of a device click on the third icon.
Advanced Search
The Devices list supports advanced search using a combination of multiple fields such as Client, Name, Device IMEI, Created Between Time Range, and more.
After entering the desired search criteria, click on Search to filter the results.
To reset the form and clear all inputs, click on Clear.
To collapse the Advanced Search form, click on the collapse icon located in the top-right corner of the form (highlighted in a blue box).
Device Edit
After clicking the edit icon in the Actions column, the device form opens. To make changes, click the edit icon (highlighted with a blue box) within the form. Only the fields that are enabled can be edited—disabled fields are read-only. Click Update to save your changes, or Cancel to discard them.
Device Interaction: Send Commands & View Data
After clicking the command icon in the Actions column, the device command form opens. Fill in the required fields, then click the "Send" button to dispatch the command to the selected device. To check the command status, click on the Column Status column.
To view data received from a device, select the Terminal dropdown and click the Subscribe button. Once subscribed, data from the selected device will be displayed below in real time. To stop receiving data, simply click the Unsubscribe button.
Device Audit Trail
After clicking the audit trail icon in the Actions column, the audit trail opens. Click on the uncollapse icon to see the detailed changes (highlighted in a blue box). To collapse, click on the collapse icon (highlighted in a green box).
Device Models
After selecting the Models sub-tab on the Devices page, a list of all available device models will be displayed.

Easily locate a device using the search functionality by entering the Device Model Name and Device Manufacturer Name.
To add configurations to a device model, click on the corresponding Configurations icon in the Actions column (highlighted with a blue box).
Configurations
Variable Configuration
After clicking the Configurations icon in the Actions column, the variable configuration panel for the selected device model opens. A list of all variables associated with the device model will be displayed.
- To Add a new variable, click the + button and select the desired variable from the dropdown list.
- To Remove a variable, click on the corresponding icon in the Actions column and then click the delete button.
Command Configuration
After clicking the Configurations icon in the Actions column, click on the Commands section. The command configuration panel for the selected device model opens. A list of all commands associated with the device model will be displayed.
- To Add a new command, click the + button and select the desired command from the dropdown list.
- To Remove a command, click on the corresponding icon in the Actions column and then click the delete button.
Device Manufacturers
After selecting the Manufacturers sub-tab on the Devices page, a list of all available device manufacturers will be displayed.
Device Manufacturers are listed in reverse chronological order — the most recently added devices appear at the top.
Easily locate a device using the search functionality by entering the Device Manufacturer Name.
To view the device models for a particular device manufacturer, click on the count in the Device Models column. You will be redirected to a filtered list of device models for that manufacturer.
To view the devices for a particular device manufacturer, click on the count in the Devices column. You will be redirected to a filtered list of devices for that manufacturer.
To view the clients associated with a specific device manufacturer, click the +1 more (or any other number) in the Clients column. A list of all linked clients for that manufacturer will be displayed.
