Event Plans

After logging into the Management Portal, select Configurations from the left navigation panel and choose the Event Plans tab.

Event Plans List

  • Event Plans are listed in reverse chronological order — the most recently created event plan appears at the top.

  • Easily locate an event plan using the search functionality by entering the Event Plan Name.

  • Use the Pagination controls at the bottom of the page to navigate the list.

  • To view the events associated with a specific event plan , click the +1 more (or any other number) in the Events column. A list of all linked events for that event plan will be displayed.

  • To view the vehicle groups associated in an event plan, click on the count in the Vehicle Groups column. You will be redirected to a filtered list of vehicle groups for the chosen event.

  • To view the device groups associated in an event plan, click on the count in the Device Groups column. You will be redirected to a filtered list of device groups for the chosen event.

  • To add a new event plan, click on the Add New button. (highlighted with a green box)

  • To edit an event plan or view its audit trail or delete it, click on the corresponding icon in the Actions column.

    • To edit or view the details of a event plan click on the first icon.

    • To delete a event plan click on the second icon.

    • To view the audit details of a event plan click on the third icon.

Add New Event Plan

To add a new Event Plan, click the Add New button. This will open the Event Plan form. Select the event configurations from the event dropdowns. Complete all required fields, then click Save to create the new Event Plan, or Cancel to discard your changes.

Event Plan Edit

After clicking the edit icon in the Actions column, the Event Plan form opens. Only the fields that are enabled can be edited—disabled fields are read-only. Click Update to save your changes, or Cancel to discard them.

Event Plan Delete

To delete a Event Plan, click the Delete icon in the Actions column. A confirmation dialog will appear. Click Yes to permanently delete the selected Event Plan, or No to cancel the action.

Event Plan Audit Trail

After clicking the audit trail icon in the Actions column, the audit trail opens. Click on the uncollapse icon to see the detailed changes. To collapse, click on the collapse icon.
